My passion is your healing. If you are looking for understanding and compassion, don’t wait. I completed graduate studies at the University of New Hampshire - and am dual board certified as both a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I was the lead clinician at a SAMHSA funded site to integrate primary care with psychiatry, completed additional training at the Beck Institute, and have headed multiple partial hospitalization programs as well as performed consult-liaison work in settings ranging from the emergency department to the ICU.

Psychiatric initial
This time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

This time will be spent evaluating your response to previous prescribed medications and reviewing your current mental health needs. Talk therapy is included in session if needed.

Talk therapy
This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Talk therapy occurs during psychiatric sessions. Meetings are typically monthly.
